Virgin Media TV powered by TiVo is a TiVo-based set-top-box released as a successor to the Premiere. Featured is a large 1TB drive for storing HD recordings, an integrated 10Mbps cable modem for accessing online content without affecting broadband speeds, and a recommendations engine that can put together a list of programs that the user might enjoy.

Overall, the box essentially combines standard TV with catch-up TV (wherein you can scroll backwards several days), on-demand content, and web functionality—all of which are backed up by advanced search and recommendation algorithms. During its initial lease, it came with tune tuners, but a third one was added in 2011. This means users can record two channels while watching a third.
