Toshiba DKR40

The Toshiba DKR40 is a DVD recorder with 1080p upconversion. For HDTV owners with a DVD collection, this product will scale video up to the maximum resolution possible. The DKR40 features one-touch recording, allowing users to record television shows from their cable or satellite box with the press of a single button.

Numerous disc-based recording formats are supported, including DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW. On the front of the unit, users will find a DV input compatible with video camcorders. With this, home videos can be transferred to DVD for archival purposes. Both HDMI and Component video is supported for high definition output, but S-Video and standard A/V are supported for legacy connections. An HDMI cable is included in the box.
