RCA DRC8335

The DRC8335 is a lower-end DVD recorder and VCR combo from RCA. With a built-in digital and analog tuner, the unit aims to record TV, camcorder, and other video to DVD+R/+RW and DVD-R/-RW discs. Also advertised is the ability to transfer VHS content to DVD.

Many users have reported problems involving the device failing to read DVDs, play VHS, recognize blank discs, record from VHS to DVD, begin recording from any source at a scheduled time, and eject DVDs or tapes after recording, among other issues. The product has been discontinued.
